Graciella speaks. I channel her words, wisdom, and sentiment. -Theresa
Sobriety: Graciella asks us to be certain how we define sobriety. For some, it may mean putting down a stem glass of wine. Something that we’ve come to depend on ingesting into our bodies despite the toxicity that we experience due to its effects.
How many of us don’t realize that our tattered reputations, our defunct relationships with people we used to share love and comradery, or loss of jobs when we thought we were more knowledgeable than our supervisors are due to that nightly imbibing for relief?
There is another level of sobriety to consider. How are we walking through life? Do we plan and take measured steps or are we impulsively darting to and fro thinking we are making sound decisions?
Changing how we treat our existences doesn’t mean a loss of spontaneity, fun, and laughter. It may mean a world of new and blessed adventures.
Take a moment to reflect on what sobriety might mean for you. It might be very becoming!
In love and truth,
Graciella and Theresa
