Graciella speaks. I channel her words, wisdom, and sentiment. -Theresa
Opportunity: Graciella tells us to take heed of the old sayings, Life is a Gamble, Strike while the Iron is Hot, and Opportunity Knocks But Once. What do you have to lose?
Often during our lives, we are given veiled opportunities to make changes in our lives that would be beneficial for us. Because the offer is not spoken in an outright manner, we are unsure of how to proceed. The introverted or timid may decide that they don’t have the right to speak up assertively and to ask for what might be theirs. A sentence in many cases would suffice to get our messages across to the one who is extending the offer somewhat obliquely.
Reflect on what may be yours if only in the asking. What is the worst possible thing that could happen by your being forthright? Will you be refused or worse yet, ridiculed? The latter will unlikely happen. Know that you are here as your best representative and get to work. You may be pleased that you did.
In light of progress and movement,
