The Romantic
Graciella asks if you have ever been called a romantic? Images of having one's head in the clouds is conjured. And what's wrong with that? We dream, we aspire, we allow ourselves the reverie. Hopes are indulged. Ideas are created. Graciella suggests that you take time out this week for being the romantic. If you've forgotten your romantic notions, ask to be reminded what they were in your meditations. She cautions us against stifling our desires because of someone else's relentless ways to keep us away from joy or our very own personal state of happiness. Perhaps you will want to journal or jot down your thoughts on paper. Keep your ideas that are now in written form close to you as reminders of the wonders you have allowed yourself to experience. These are the first steps. Next comes planned action. How do you view your world and how exactly will you experience it?
Graciella also suggests that this Valentine's Day you treat yourself with the romance you so desire. Is it with a partner? A love? A friendship that you have cultivated? Again, the message is to step forward to claim what you so deserve.
With love and the scent of roses,
Graciella and Theresa
